Welcome to the Better Body Builders Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Builder,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is entered into between Better Body Ghana (“Better Body,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the Affiliate.
The Better Body Builders Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals who promote Better Body products and refer customers to our website through approved affiliate links, discount codes, referral methods, and marketing activities.
To participate in the Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain an active social media presence, website, community, or other approved promotional channel.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Better Body reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
As a Better Body Builder, you agree to:
Promote Better Body products honestly and ethically.
Represent the brand professionally.
Share accurate information about products and services.
Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
Maintain respectful conduct when representing the Company.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and any claims you make.
Referrals will be tracked through:
Unique affiliate links;
Unique discount codes;
Other tracking methods approved by Better Body.
A referral will only be considered valid if it is properly tracked through our system.
Better Body is not responsible for commissions lost due to:
Incorrect affiliate links;
Expired cookies;
Technical issues outside our control;
Customer actions that prevent tracking.
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the rates published within the Program dashboard or communicated by Better Body.
Commission payments:
Are calculated only on completed and paid orders.
Exclude taxes, shipping fees, refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled orders.
May be adjusted if fraudulent activity is detected.
Better Body reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with reasonable notice.
Commissions are paid monthly.
A minimum payout threshold of GHS 100.00 must be reached before payment is issued.
Payments will be made through approved payment methods designated by Better Body.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Failure to provide accurate payment details may delay payments.
If a customer order is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back:
The related commission may be reversed.
Better Body may deduct the amount from future commissions.
Previously paid commissions may be recovered if necessary.
Affiliates may NOT:
Engage in spam marketing.
Purchase ads using Better Body trademarks without written approval.
Use misleading claims about Better Body products.
Impersonate Better Body or its representatives.
Create fake orders or self-referrals.
Use bots, automated systems, or fraudulent traffic.
Post offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content while representing Better Body.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Better Body may provide logos, images, videos, promotional materials, and other brand assets.
Affiliates:
Receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved materials.
Must not modify logos or branding without permission.
Must discontinue use immediately upon termination of participation.
All intellectual property remains the sole property of Better Body.
When promoting Better Body:
Disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.
Avoid making medical, health, or guaranteed-result claims.
Use only approved product descriptions and information.
Maintain a positive and professional brand image.
Better Body reserves the right to request removal of content that violates these guidelines.
Affiliates may gain access to confidential information including:
Marketing plans;
Product launches;
Internal promotions;
Commission structures.
Such information must not be disclosed to third parties without written permission.
Affiliates are independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
Employment;
Partnership;
Joint venture;
Agency relationship.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and legal obligations.
Better Body may:
Modify Program benefits;
Update commission structures;
Introduce new rules;
Change payout schedules;
Suspend or discontinue the Program.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Better Body may immediately terminate an Affiliate account for:
Fraud;
Misrepresentation;
Violation of these Terms;
Activities that damage the Company’s reputation.
Upon termination:
Affiliate links and codes become inactive.
Brand assets must be removed.
Unpaid commissions obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
Better Body shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages;
Lost profits;
Loss of business opportunities;
Technical interruptions;
Tracking failures beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions earned by the Affiliate during the previous three months.
The Affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Better Body, its directors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Affiliate activities;
Violations of this Agreement;
Violations of applicable laws;
Content published by the Affiliate.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts located in Ghana.
By applying for, joining, or participating in the Better Body Builders Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreement.
